Anti-Bullying at Rudyard
At Rudyard Kipling, we have zero tolerance on bullying behaviours.
Every year in November, we hold an Anti - Bullying week, where the whole school comes together and revisits the definition of bullying and how we can all work together to challenge and prevent such behaviour.
Bullying is behaviour by an individual or group, repeated over time, that intentionally hurts another individual or group either physically or emotionally.
Bullying can take many forms (for instance, cyber-bullying via social media or the internet). Bullying is often motivated by prejudice against particular groups for example race, religion, belief, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation or disability, or because you are in care, have caring responsibilities or mental health issues.
What to do if you are being bullied?
