Breakfast & After School Club

 **TO BOOK YOUR SESSIONS PLEASE USE ARBOR PARENT PORTAL.

We are very proud of our extended services at Rudyard, they are very popular and we rely heavily on prompt payments to cover staffing costs and resources. Breakfast Club and After School Club is available to children in Reception - YR6.

The school governors have adopted a strict no debt and cashless policy. This means no parent can book any sessions for either club if a school debt is outstanding. A copy of the School Debt Policy is also included on this page along with a FAQS information sheet.

How to book:

• After School Club - Online bookings only.

• Breakfast Club - Online bookings only.

• To pay for your session, please log in to your Parent Portal App. If you have credit on your account, your booking will be debited automatically. Please keep your account in credit. You will not be able to book unless you have enough money in your account

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. This is due to staffing ratios being set daily.

• If you do not have an Arbor Parent Portal account, please contact the school office.

• Cash payments are not accepted.

• If you require any help or support with the booking or payment procedure, please contact the school office.
